ABOUT Troop 201

Troop 201 in a Scout-lead Troop based in Los Altos California that participates in various service projects, camporees, and high adventure activities year-round. We meet at Covington Elementary School at 201 Covington Rd, Los Altos, CA 94024 every Monday night from 7:30 PM-8:30 PM to work on basic Scout skills. In addition, we often participate in events during the weekend, including a wide variety of camping trips. During the summer, we join Troop 37 in their annual week-long Kayak Camp at Lassen National Park in addition to attending an official Scout camp. Members are encouraged to take the initiative and propose and lead events they are interested in. Currently, our Troop has 25+ members of all different ages and backgrounds.
